A new pumpless liquid cooling system for a single-stage two-cylinder reciprocating compressor has been developed from the analysis of work processes and systems compressors, where one piston compresses moves gas coolant in system. According processes, numerical experiment out, established: flow rate decreases an discharge pressure crankshaft speed when changes 0.4 MPa 0.8 MPa, decrease isothermal due leakage non-isothermal nature compression as well return process reverse expansion, leading more than 15%; equalization pressures cavities pressure, is reduced by (15 ± 17)%; angular 800 rpm 1500 rpm, 2.5 times, this hydraulic resistance velocity; range 1000 1200 maximum observed; supply ratio observed at mL/min 900 mL/min.
